1.Where is Dobrogea Group located?

Our company's headquarter is situated in the south-eastern Romanian region of Dobrogea, within the city limits of Constanta. Our strategic location near the Black Sea port gives us favorable conditions for transport by sea.

2. What are your usual commercial conditions?

We usually deliver our products ExWorks (the client comes with it's mean of transport and takes the products from our warehouse) and with 100% in advanced payment.

3. How to become a Dobrogea Group client ?

All you have to do is send your request and copies of your company's registration documents. Afterwards we can sign a contract and start with first order's delivery. Since the export products are manufactured at request, please consider a period of minimum 7 days from placing the order to the delivery date. During this period we clear together with you every order processing related issues like:

• products - any quality and quantity special request
• labeling - according to client's specification
• payment - sending proforma invoice and receiving payment confirmation
• delivery and transport

4. What other services does Dobrogea Group provide for export clients?

In order to come to the aid of our clients, we have the possibility to transport the products in other regions of Romania according to the client's request.We can also offer groupage (storage, handling, custom clearing) services at our warehouse, in order to facilitate our client's work.

5. Does Dobrogea Group produce in private label system?

Yes, we can produce in private label system, according to our clients' requests.
